健身中心新增兩項「疫苗氣泡」安排
10月12日港府發報了兩項健身中心「疫苗氣泡」安排，如果健身中心符合各項包括通風標準等額外防疫要求：
可以在員工已完成接種疫苗及參加者佩戴口罩下放寬訓練小組或課堂的分組人數上限至12人；
在所有員工及使用者均已完成接種疫苗的情況下，容許顧客在運動時無須佩戴口罩。
有關特定條件包括：
涉及處所運作的所有員工和所有使用者必須已完成接種新冠疫苗；
須確保所有使用者在進入處所前利用其手機上的「安心出行」流動應用程式掃描「安心出行」場所二維碼；
任何員工因健康原因而不適宜接種新冠疫苗則須接受定期檢測及須在運動時佩戴口罩。
須達到通風要求並經註冊專門承建商填報及簽署的證明書
其實可以2選1方案代替
其中通風要求是比較專門的一個要求，要確保所有進行運動的範圍內新鮮空氣每小時換氣量為6次或以上；或已安裝符合食環署網頁載列的指定規格的空氣淨化設備並在處所當眼的位置展示經由註冊專門承建商（通風系統工程類別分冊）填報及簽署的證明書。
健身中心要聘請一位通風排風專業顧問去證明中心是否有六次換氣率，然後向政府登記，這個步驟需要幾千至幾萬元專業服務費（視乎場地大小）。 如果中心本身不是100%確定做到六次換氣，那不建議花錢做測風，就直接可以決定買空氣淨化機代替。

【ClearTech PURE in the house!】
Gym-goers will be allowed to exercise without wearing a mask starting Thursday if all staff members and users at the fitness centers have been fully vaccinated, the government announced.
The government on Tuesday introduced two new "vaccine bubble" arrangements for fitness centers, which goes into effect this Thursday. However, most existing social distancing measures will be extended for 14 days till October 27.
Customers of fitness centers are allowed to exercise without wearing masks only when all staff members and customers have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to a government statement.
The statement added that staff members who are unfit to receive vaccination because of health reasons must undergo regular testing and wear masks.
All users at the centers must use the "LeaveHomeSafe" contact tracing app, while the centers’ air change rate per hour has to reach six or above. Otherwise, they must have air purifiers that meet the specified specifications installed in all exercise areas.
Meanwhile, the new set of Covid rules will allow training groups or classes comprising of sub-groups of not more than 12 persons, given that all staff members present in the room were fully vaccinated.
Each sub-group must observe a distance of 1.5 meters apart or have partitions in place, while all persons in the room must wear a mask at all times.
During the training or classes, the coach must also stay at a fixed location at least 1.5 meters away from the participants. The room for these training sessions or classes must also meet specific air change requirements.
High standards of air ventilation for indoor public places are as important as good hygiene and mask-wearing when it comes to Covid-19 protection. That has to be reflected in government requirements.
